The main reason I made this document
is to share what I've found about the snes version with all those who enjoy
playing it as much as me. Feel free to distribute this document to
all those who would appreciate knowing EXACTLY what the requirements are
for each known code. Please do not alter this document, but you are
free to copy any portion of it. If you wish to print this out, I
recommend that you do it through WordPad, for the purpose spacing.
If you're looking for an updated
version of this document, talk to me and be sure to tell me the date of
the document you have. If you don't have my most updated version,
I'll send it to you!
Send email to me if you spot anything
that's incorrect, no matter how small, even typo's! Comments
and suggestions are welcome, also!

Battle Options
Post Battle movement:
After you defeat your opponent, jump over them
before they stop falling.
Then continue to jump back and forth over them
for as long as you like!
Choose your winning pose:
After you defeat your opponent, hold SELECT and
any attack button before your character poses. Each pose has a number
-- wP=1, mP=2, hP=3, wK=4, mK=5, hK=6. If you try a pose number that's
greater then what's available for your character, then pose 1 is assumed.
Button Configuration during a Battle:
Press START to pause the game, then press SELECT.
You should now be able to change your buttons. When you're done,
press START to return to your paused game.
Pro Action Replay codes
Found at [ http://vgstrategies.miningco.com ]
Thanks goes to Al Amaloo!
Note:
Since the Pro Action Replay cartridge has the
capability to write to memory addresses outside of the Game Genie's range,
the following codes may only be enabled with that device. It is not
possible to convert them for use on the Game Genie.
[ North American version ] (Japanese?,European?)
Player 1 has maximum super-bar:
7E07BE9F
Player 2 has level 3 maximum always: 7E0A3E9F
Confirmation Needed!!!
There are 3 versions that I'm aware of -- Japanese, European, and US.
Evil Ryu doesn't seem to be selectable in the US ver! On the Saturn and Arcade, the code is: Go to Ryu, press START & release, go R U D L, then hold START while selecting Ryu. I need confirmation on which versions this code will work for.
I've read somewhere that you can choose a 7th color (in VERSUS?) with any character. The code is "supposingly" to highlight your character and simultaneously press A, B, X, & Y. It doesn't seem to work on the US version. I need confirmation on the other versions! .......... I'm wondering if the required buttons aren't the same as what you would use for starting a CC (2P+1K or 1P+2K). Does anyone know for sure?
FINAL NOTES:
PLEASE!!! If anyone knows of any SNES codes or tricks that aren't already here, contact me, and tell me all about it. I'm determined to get ALL snes/sfam codes correct and exact. Be sure to specify which versions your codes will work on (or at least what version you did it on)! If possible, please tell me what modes of play they will work in; and let me know where you got them from, too.
SHIN AKUMA CODE WANTED!!! If you can fight
AGAINST Shin Akuma on the SNES, then there must be a way to fight AS him.
If anyone knows ANYTHING about this possibility, please contact me!
