Wow! This game just blew me away! I didn't think that Namco could improve on Tekken 3 as much as all of their other arcade conversions, but they did! The graphics are of the same caliber as the arcade version, all of the characters (and new ones) are in this version, new modes (2 player, team battle, Tekken Force and Tekken Ball) and the cool intro and endings!

What are these Tekken Force and Tekken Ball modes, you say? Well, Tekken Force is a "Final-Fight"-esque game where you select a fighter and battle your way through a ton of face-less characters and then at the end of the level is a boss character!

Tekken Ball is a little more exciting, you and another player select your characters and then a difficulty level. The game is played on a beach, there is a bold line in the middle and two lighter lines a short ways back from the center; niether character can pass the center line and physical attacks do nothing on your opponent, the ball that appears in the center at the start of the match works like a volley ball and you have to make it land past your opponents line or spike it hard at him/her! It's a blast!

Law, Eddy Gordo, Hworang, Heihachi, Nina, Anna, King, Gun Jack, Gon and more! These are just some of the fighters that you will use in Tekken 3! Each of the fighters have their own attributes, such as speed, power and style! You have to unlock most of the characters (as with the first two Tekken games) by finishing the game with different characters.

The fighting engine is pretty much the same as Tekken 2's except for the better grapics, new moves, new characters and now all of the characters can move in full 3D! Another positive of Tekken 3 is the Dual Shock support. You can't use the analoge, but you can use it for the "rumbling" feature which is kind of cool! This is one of those games that you just have to have!
